Another one bites the dust!

We have just completed another leather Re-Trim on a Land Rover/Range Rover Vogue HSE interior with quilted styling on the centre panels, the dashboard, door cards and seats have been recovered and upholstered and given a completely new look and face lift here at CoverTec Solutions.

The interior had a complete make over, From Door cards, to Seats, to the dash and more with the highest grade leather available for the job !

Not only did we ReTrim the interior, We also fitted other parts that were supplied by the client, such as wood dash components and plastic trim for the boot lid.

TVR Griffith full restoration project in Leather and Alcantara.

This week shows the start of a very interesting project. A Full restoration on a TVR Griffith. The customer came to us asking for every piece of interior to be replaced with brand new leather and alcantara. From the dash, to the door cards, center console, A pillars and everything else. Not only that, the TVR is getting brand new carpet, with leather binding and a new hood.

Week 1

Week 1 on the TVR showed the old carpet stripped from the shell. Parts of the carpet where missing, so we laid it out on the floor to get a good idea of what was needed.
Also during week 1 showed the dash recovered in dark blue Leather and Alcantara. And the A pillars and front trim covered in Leather. With the white stitching detail.

One of our latest customers enquired about custom covering for a pair of Porsche seats from a 966 so that they could match in with his volkswagon camper exterior colours, the request was to use navy leather on the outsides and powder blue leather for the inner inserts, we considered all of the options and we also decided to advise our customer that yellow stitching would be the best option to contrast the retrim work, especially as you will see from the pictures below there was another request of applying flowers to the seat leather. if you have any requests on custom leather interior upholstery in any vehicle then please call us on 01162787171 or email us sales@covertecsolutions.co.uk

Another leather upholstery retrim carried out by us at CoverTec Solutions
Our customer asked us to retrim his vw transporter van, he showed us a photograph of exactly what he wanted, the image included quilted leather sections and the general look was to be stated as Bentley style, the seats were stripped out and taken apart and then completely renovated to create the effect, the quilting size was patterned and we went ahead with the result shown in the photos below, the red leather chosen is the closest to the image that could be found, the retrimming of this vehicle was completed in about a week within our busy workshop based in wigston, leicester

Another custom interior recover finished by us at CoverTec Solutions, and the customer is over the moon with the result of his Subaru re-upholstery, it was explained that he wanted trim the interior seats in black leather outers with red alcantara inners, complete with red stitching to match the alcantara, we went ahead with what was required and redesigned the bespoke seating with subtle changes to the design to accommodate the new materials, although the car is one of the early models it has, that cared for appearance to it, so the new leather and alcantara trimming is a perfect compliment to the outer of the car, the car arrived at our workshop in Wigston, Leicester, on the Saturday ready for us to start work on Monday and was completed by the following Tuesday.
